How to work with Anger, Hate, and Rage (Recognize. Acknowledge. Investigate. Nurture.).
Fear protects and too does rage, anger, and hate.
Like all coins, there is a backside.
Each emotion has its contrast.
But first.
Functions — anger: verbal patrol.
Anger gives the energy to speak with shields and bullets.
Rage: physical guard.
Rage signals that our body and mind want a change in surroundings and gives the body a boost to enact such change.
Hate: protects the mindbody from emotional damage.
The route to get to any of these three may be from too much attention or intention given.
When any of the three grow out of control, we must let go of recurring thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Focus on the present moment.
Get out of our heads!
Focus on positivity.
There are many ways to do this. Moments like these are times to practice our focus and become aware of our habits.
Investigate attachment.
Congratulations, now we have arrived at the point of change.
Now the opportunity of Growth & Liberation, like a flower to the morning sun, have presented themselves.
